In 2015, two former Tesla employees realized that their customers could have a better experience and save more money by purchasing solar panels digitally. At the time, this was a controversial topic as most people believed that a home visit would most certainly be required to sell a solar system while providing the best value and maximum savings to the homeowner.

However, our co-founder Christopher was undeterred from the negative critics and he powered on cold calling homeowners from the public phone book. In the beginning most people either hung up or yelled at him, but Christopher would not give up. After hundreds of attempts, Christopher closed his 1st solar deal over the telephone. That is when he knew with total certainty that his idea of digital solar sales was viable.

Since this humble beginning, Solar Connect has refined and tested thousands of different sales strategies which has led us to become one of the most successful digital solar sales organizations in the country. To date, we have helped thousands of homeowners go solar all while maintaining a top-notch reputation backed by a long list of happy customer reviews.
