Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to love your new solar products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unopened and in their original packaging
Undamaged and unused
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@solarconnect.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. Please include this RA number with your returned items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if your return has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow our return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
