How to DIY assemble batteries?
1. Please balance the battery cells before assembly.
2. Install and connect the screws.
3. Install the protective board
4. Fix the entire battery pack with an insulation board and wrap it with nylon tape.
Precautions for assembling batteries
1.Lifepo4 battery packs should be well waterproof and insulated
2.Prevent overshoot and discharge.
3.Correctly connect the screws.

A: For LiFePO4 / Lithium Ion battery, we always recommend to use LiFePO4/Lithium Ion solar controller. Especially if you are using the battery as UPS (back up power supply). The Lead Acid solar controller will constantly provide pulse current to the battery, in the long run, it might damage the PCB. So the PCB won't be able to protect the battery when it should be..
