Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), content marketing, and potentially partnerships or referral programs.

• Manage and optimize our online presence, including website landing pages, lead capture forms, and social media profiles.

• Create and curate engaging content (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos) designed to attract and educate potential customers.

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.

​

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead volume, lead quality, and cost per lead.

​

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their lead needs and ensure lead quality.

​

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

​

• Manage the lead generation budget.

​

• Explore and evaluate new lead generation tools and technologies.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in lead generation, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

• Excellent content creation and communication skills.

• Analytical and data-driven, with experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
