Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement & Talent Acquisition Manager to build and empower our growing remote solar sales team. This role is critical to our continued success and will focus on recruiting top-tier sales talent by managing and optimizing our existing sourcing strategies, ensuring their seamless onboarding and training using our existing program, and driving their performance to meet and exceed targets. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our existing sourcing strategies for remote solar sales roles: This includes leveraging our established channels, identifying opportunities for improvement, and adapting our approach as needed to attract top-quality candidates. This does not include building sourcing strategies from scratch.

Lead the full recruitment cycle for remote solar sales roles: This includes screening, interviewing, and hiring top-quality candidates.

Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires: Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, integrating new reps into our remote team and company culture.

Deliver and refine our existing sales training program: Facilitate training sessions for both onboarding and ongoing development, covering product knowledge, sales skills, our sales process, and effective use of our CRM and sales tools. Identify areas for improvement in the existing program and recommend updates.

Implement a robust sales coaching program: Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to improve their performance and drive sales growth.

Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven insights: Track key metrics, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement in individual rep performance and the overall sales process.

Collaborate with sales leadership: Work closely with sales managers to understand their team's needs, provide performance updates, and contribute to sales strategy development.

Manage and organize our existing library of sales content: Ensure easy access and utilization by the sales team. Identify content gaps and collaborate with marketing (if applicable) to request new content as needed.

Champion the effective use of our CRM and other sales tools: Provide training and support on best practices.

Foster a strong and supportive remote team culture: Implement strategies to enhance communication, collaboration, and a sense of community within our remote sales team.
Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales recruitment, with experience in training and performance management.

Experience in the solar industry or a related field is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of the solar sales process and terminology.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to deliver and adapt existing training content.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
